Classes With No Pre-requisite

These classes are designed for the dancer with no previous experience. They range from classes for young children to classes for adults. All dancers must be the required age by December 1st.

Baby Stars (Ages 3-5 Years)

Baby Stars is designed for first-time dancers ages 3 (by December 1st) to 5 years old. The class will explore basics of ballet, tap, and acrobats. The goal is to develop an interest in dance and teach our new dancers how to take a dance class!

Hip Hop

Students must be enrolled in and attend regularly, for the entire season, a jazz or ballet class in addition to the Hip Hop class, and meet the minimum age requirement by December 1st.

Chance To Dance

CHANCE TO DANCE is a special needs dance and movement class designed for dancers of ALL physical and cognitive abilities and disabilities. The dancers (age 5 & up by December 1st) should be able to follow directions and attend to a 45 minute class. The dancers will learn basic ballet, tap, and acrobat skills. The dancers will wear white acrobat shoes for class and recital. There is no pressure to perform at recital, only to learn to love dancing! Miss Kara, who has her Masters degree in occupational therapy will teach A CHANCE TO DANCE. She has had extensive experience working with children of all ages with special needs.
